Are you ready for some football? Here’s an idea for making the ultimate Super Bowl party tray: slice 2-3 varieties of hard cheeses (perhaps some cheddar, or a jalapeno cheddar if you prefer to add a little spice), and a soft cheese like Crow’s Dairy goat cheese. Core and thinly slice 3 to 4 tart apples. Add your favorite variety of dry salami slices and crackers to complete the tray.
