We are actively seeking long-term investors in the Market's Phase 2 development. We hope to have some additional steel shade canopies erected by August '08 to shelter us from weather extremes for the next few years until we move to our permanent indoor - outdoor location. We have also signed a lease to open a 6-day per week local foods grocery store in the building just east of the current outdoor site.
